What a pan-african woman, always in native attire. Even her exposures doesn't permit a foreign cultural diffusion. Keep it up madame. 1 Like |

How can our nation become truly great When our best brains are ignored, overlooked and sidelined By politicians in the name of appointing those that help them win or rig election Governance is more than politics Imagine south Africa appointing our our national to grow their economy

Pardon the typo errors. Please am not here to convince you but to tell the truth. It is what it is weather you believe or not. As of marriage, it is family affair not tribal one. Some people from my town are married to Yoruba while some marry from Yoruba. enjoy your Sunday bro. klax: |

topboss1: Haba, Oga, haba!!! Do you know how many Yorubas have served in foreign cabinets, in Africa and beyond Africa? If you dont know them its because Yoruba are not loud mouthed and dont need to blow vuvuzela over such feat. Calm down and celebrate your daughter with pride...not in contention with others who have been there, done that several times. 1 Like |

Afamed:I sight you there...I am sure you know the role played by this woman during OBJ's era when our debts were written off. We had the most robust economic growth during her terms....yes or no? The debt profile right now and the whooping billions of dollars to which the rubber stamp senate had given their nods would not be paid for, by the generation after yours. If I did not remember anything, i remembered the Youwin programme which my cousin who never knew anybody in government benefited from and has turned his agric business into a huge wealth by exporting cassava today. Most of those who ran down Jonathan's government are now in the current regime. I remember the role played by amaechi as governor and chair of the governors' forum by pressurizing the woman to allow the governors share the money in excess crude account, the issue which almost led to the woman resigning from that office. Amaechi later prevailed and everything was squandered. He's your party's transport minister today. What of Akpabio? Elrufai...including Garba Sehu? They destroyed the PDP and ran to the apc to take cover and then, suddenly became saints? She was a minister...an appointee called to serve who could be sacked or replaced overnight. Blame jonathan for abetting corruption by allowing the likes of amaechi, Diezani, etc to hold sway. Madam Ngozi played a smart one on them by not plunging her hands into their mess and I'm so happy for that. 1 Like |

There is nothing Ibo is achieving today that has not previously been done by Yoruba. I continue to tell you guys, by comparing with Yoruba you succeed in showcasing your deficiencies and humiliating your accomplishment. Like right now, if you had kept to just celebrating NOI for this great accomplishment other Nigerians would truly give you credit....but when you compare yourself to Yoruba at ethnic level you invite a response that tranfers the glory to Yoruba instead. You hurt yourself by doing that. Compare now the two, Ngozi and Deinde, who is more accomplished, Yoruba or Ibo? Its easy to see! Yoruba no dey ya category....find ya level for Naija! Ibo na small boy where Yoruba dey abeg!! Meanwhile, Big Congrats to Madam Ngozi....more feathers to her gele! 1 Like |

MetaPhysical: Bro just look at the profile of the man your talking about again and look at that of NOI. A woman known all over the world. World bank, Asian bank and many reputable countries not Mozambique and Angola whose economy as at the time you stated is nothing good even now. As bad as our economy is now, it is better than that of than the two countries u mentioned. So it shows that the man is not a good economist, nobody know him in Nigeria not to talk of world over. He name rings no bell in economics world. 1 Like |

Ibo always need Yoruba validation, it is hard for them to see value in individual advancement unless it is first measured against Yoruba to get a feedback. In a similar accomplishment with an individual Yoruba they wont even care if Ibo exist or does not they will just accept the recognition in stride and move on, without a single word in public. Yoruba is truly superior to Ibo. |

That is a country that thinks well. Not choosing one tribe to occupy all key roles, whether they are competent or not. Let see whom among this administration will be poached for such position in future by other countries. Despite all our issues with S.A.,they still come after one of very own to occupy such a sensitive position. I wish her all the best in her new role. She is a performer with world class experience, no doubt, she will excel there like she always does. |

Jonathan is insulting this overrated woman. As two times Minister and coordinating minster for the economy there was nothing to show except theft and looting. The South Africans will soon find out that stealing is not corruption. |
