Because he warned him to release Abiol and he was stubborn about it

You people have short memories, no wonder you can't trace your history.

That's why in politics, no one gives you anything. You are only useful for carrying banners in Eagle's Square.

Okay

Abacha is wicked because his regime was military,

Buhari would do the worst if he had the Abacha was having.

Ok

You can give your mother to Abacha to impregnate if you like, just don't involve the SS in your ass licking.

AMEN N AMEN
But I think Abacha was far better than Buhari. I stand to be corrected.

But being the stubborn goat he(Abacha) was, he was adamant!

Not too long the pope departed from him, he died a shameless death!!!

I see......Since you claim to know the truth where has your truth taken Christianity or your religion to? Keep learning and don't be arrogant by assuming that you know it all. Those who think they know it all have no way of finding out they don't. A simple Google search on the life and times of this Pope will go a long way in reshaping your thought process.

Thank me later.

Abacha would have been the last person to islamamize zoogeria. The guy din't give 2 shîts about religious stuff that he sent soldiers to drag the sultan of sokoto out of his palace and desecrated the place. Abacha rejected sharia (o, u don't know that during his tenure some northern elders advocated for sharia in the north?) Abacha was a bad moda... But he's better than all these politicians we have today.

Therefore Pope should be technically held responsible. Wether they kill Abacha or not, his appointed time was then. Let the killers live to inherit the earth.

Unknown to Abacha the Pope's plea for the release of political prisoners was his last chance at keeping his life. The planning of his death was undergoing.... they couldn't get close till the visit of Yasser Arafat.

Abacha was Nigeria's Gaddafi, who wanted to bring development across the country. The largest housing estate project in Africa is in Gwarinpa Abuja started by Abacha.
He established PTF which he unfortunately handed over to a bigoted Buhari who used it to promote himself in the North, not much got to the South East and South South which was never the intention of Abacha, now this is the reason Abacha is loved in the SE/SS which confuses Yorubas. Govt house in Yenagoa is named after him.

Some of the monies said to be looted where actually plans of circumventing sanctions by the West against Nigeria, I am not saying he was not corrupt.
Abacha is better than Buhari anyday.
Abacha had his vision 2010 which he was following diligently despite Yoruba led NADECO propaganda of Tinubu and his Omonile cohorts.

Abacha did well as a military President. He had a new vision of Nigeria. He was as well ready to crush anything and anyone who will not allow the materialism of his vision. There might not be Fayemi governing Ekiti today bt for Abachas magnanimity. But then, he was tyranical which might be needed as a military man but he was looting in grandiosity.

He wanted to become another Mobutu.... Corruption was actually the Bane of his Govt.

your type are never few! You'll leave what's on ground and be saying something else? What do you worship? Where do you worship? If you are an atheist, you must be a fake one, learn to respect what people serve. If you are a protestant or popularly known as Pentecostal, then the fruit of Pentecost is not in you. If Catholism is a fake religion, please I will like to know which is real? Even if someone like you is a traditional worshipper, you are fake!Because most traditional worshippers are better than you from the manner you speak!
