Here is my problem, my body is too tender, not hard at all which I don’t really like, it’s not manly at all, it makes me get unwanted and at times nauseating comments.

Don’t get me wrong, I have a great physique, an averagely built body, but my skin is so(very)tender, these days, I avoid shaking people because of that annoying comments like “ah you no dey work?”, “Why your hand be like girl own like this?”, “Butter pikin” etc. Although there are occasional positive comments, recently I’ve joined a local Gym doing series of lifting and exercises there to get that tough skin, but I really haven’t seen any changes.

Wetin I fit do now wey go give me that tough skin?
