Oga, the government may be inept, the government may be useless, you may detest like government like a large majority of Nigerians justifiably do; but then, is it any nonsense article you read online that you just believe because it was Guardian that published it?

Who takes money $23bn for a project and pays $9bn (amounting to 40% of the total sum) as consultancy fee to people who facilitated the loan?

Meanwhile you talk about rehabilitating terrorists as if it's a new thing unique to this government. Rehabilitating prisoners or militants or terrorist fighters 'who willingly surrender' is international law; it may be distasteful, but that's unfortunately how things work. Even the 'more rational' PDP government of GEJ before this one did the same thing and I also complained about it then.

So, despite all the foolishness of this govt you are still giving them a benefit of a doubt?

It is this same Govt that is planning to hand Abacha loot to the current Governor of Kebbi state.

It is this same Govt that is going after a legal secreatry of the NNPC over the P&ID scam that was orchestrated by Lukmann and Barkindo (then GMD NNPC).

This same govt that stated that lukmann (who is since late) was a ''honest'' man and can not be indicted in the P&ID scam. Ok, what of Barkindo who was GMD NNPC at that time who is alive and well and now the chair of OPEC?

Was it not this same Buhari that saw nothing wrong with Ganduje stuffing wads of dollars in his babariga ?

Was it not this same govt that claimed Abacha loot was not stolen but stashed abroad for rainy days?

Was it not this same Buhari govt that gave Tinubu two bullion vans worth of cash to pay thugs to rig and snatch ballot boxes?

What of the NIA loot that Kingibe stole and which led to the sack of the then NIA DG?

You better get sense.

The article is 100% accurate!

They have schemed off $9bn for themselves from this loan.

I can see a part of the loan is meant for electricity.

Fellow Nigerians, what if this loan could solve electricity problem by 70%, should we not agree with the FG to take the loan?

What happen to all Abacha’s loots recovered? Revenues from FIRS, Customs, Efcc loots, ICPC recovered money from politicians, oil revenues, and revenues from other sectors especially agriculture. Why can’t Fed govt use all this money.?

Do you know how many billions Custom and FIRS gets as revenues monthly? Nigeria government is just evil & wicked.

And you think they will use it for electricity.

The current electricity generation had not been successfully used by the Discos what is the federal government doing about it.

When we generate about 3000mW and Disco will only decide to collect 1500MW the remaining waste

That's the headache. They rather supply limited electricity and expect to rake in money through estimated billings.

Whatever happened to that rubbish mantra that you zombies used to spin that Buhari was booted out as HoS because he refused to take IMF loans.

It should be crystal clear to you zombies that Buhari is nothing but a muscle man to the Rothschild banksters.

He is here to collect on behalf of the Jewish banksters!

FG will end up borrowing such huge amount, steal half, pay interest, consultancy, buy the majority of the equipment abroad, bring the expert to fix and the labourers would come from there. at the end of the day, the money will still end up in their country.

Nigeria electricity problem requires restructuring before any investment can be considered. Let each region be responsible for its own Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Governance. The Federal government can then support investment in specific electricity projects.

The senate should better reconsider this abeg.
