Please how much is the school fees for IMSU Accounting department student for year 2.

I am about to send my kid brother his school fees and he said the fees is 150k but I strongly doubt this. And I can't actually get the accurate figure because I am based and work in Lagos.

P.S he is not an Imo indigeen so I will like to know the fees for non indigeens.

The fee is between the rage of 140-150K. Your brother added little money for his Beer and miscellaneous expenses.
You can still send him 150K, nothing spoil. Imsu lecturers do extort these guys alot. Believe me, he will need enough money in that Business Administration faculty.

I think it's unthinkable to think that he wants to dupe you with such exorbitant amount..... Most states university charges non indigenes high fees...... So he may not be lying.

Federal schools are better and cheaper

As a non indigene, he'll add to what he asked you. It's more than that.

Encourage him to learn a skill and side hustle now and not focus on education alone.

Please send the amount to him if you ate capable, life as a student is hard.
After sending him that money, i can boldly tell you that if there is any little change added trust me it can't last up to 3 days because schooling in nigeria is not an easy ride.
Just let him be, motivate him. The money should not be the problem but the outcome after 4years

The state govt sch are generally higher in fees that Fed schs because they lack fund to deeply subsidize it. Best approach is to go there and pay the fees in. Most fees are nonrefundable so your bros can't withdraw it. Highest is they eat your money.
