All depends on where he walks lets not compare abeokuta and lagos with kano and bayelsa where the opposition hates him violently.If he walks unescorted in port harcourt where whites are kidnapped everyday it is a different matter to walking around in abeokuta.Even lucky igbinedion who was stoned and abused by his own party members may have one or two places where he can still walk safely in benin.So we may be free to join the lynching at kano but dont venture thinking about that in ogun[you will be surprised at who the people prefer to lynch]
