Unless Fulani is tired of ruling Nigeria, no southern presidential candidate can win 25% of votes in 24 States to become President of Nigeria.
No country except Nigeria, ever used land mass or population as yardstick to create a new Federal units like States. The 36 States and Abuja political structure is a fraud favouring Fulani.

What happened to the zoning formula. The truth is Yoruba's will make a better president than any other tribes in Nigeria. They know how to appeal to all parties concerned or ethnic groups without causing ethnic tensions like Niger delta militants or boko haram terrorism. Aside the corruptions and inefficiencies that blighted the obasanjo's regime, the issue of insecurity was kept at bay. Put a Yoruba man that is less corrupt in power, he will bring the dividends of democracy to bear for all Nigerians.
