Hello guys, my conlog remote has been stolen please is there a way I can recharge unit using my neighbors remote?

It's a very simple procedure to fix it, just enter the KT1 code sent and you enter the second KT2 code, you get a done display, then immediately enter the token. That's all.

Boss, I have trying to use this kctmanagement website, but is always telling me meter not found, it seems is only meant for IKEDC. Please can I get the one for BEDC?

For new conlog meters
Goto http://kctmanagement.conlog.com , Enter your meter number to generate your activation codes which are usually two 20 digits. Enter the first 20 digits and wait for a response "CCH" enter the remaining 20 digits then you get "CCH done".

You can now load your already vended token.
