Why do I feel this Corona virus thing is a means of defrauding and getting money from the government's purse... This COVID thing is very different from the cases of ebola where proper preventive measures were taken..our African mothers even went as far as bathing us with salt and water... I mean how on earth will you be tested positive for a virus and be negative again after few hours? I still feel we are been scammed |

ummarkhbiz: There are many cases of "false negatives" worldwide, China had to increase their isolation period from 14 days to 21 because about 13% of people that were "cured" tested positive again |

We have be screaming our heads off for weeks. Appears the horse has bolted. Good luck to Nigeria. A nation that will watch a crack in the pavement, grow into a pothole and only take action when it becomes a killer gully. |

I hope the TABLE will not turn against us. as at this morning, NIGERIA was the least on the table, it's changing gradually. i hope 9ja will not top the table of the most affected victims in the whole world in the nearest days. INDIVIDUALLY WE NEED TO BE SERIOUS ABOUT IT NOW. Govt can't help. May God help us all.

Now this is real gbege. We should have shut our borders long ago. The population we have and the dire heathcare infrastructures are going to make this particularly difficult. However According to various studies, people in tropical and polar climates are unlikely to see local transmission of COVID-19 cases. Similarly research have shown that as humidity increases, the viral droplet size is larger and settles out of the air rapidly. We can only hope that this scenario is practical and applicable here, otherwise we are so doomed |
