fergie001:He survived on ground of technicality and not on merit. vid: the none signing of the Originating Summons by the counsel who had prepared it and filed same. Some lawyers will only be interested in asking for big sums of money, but would never put their eyes down to do the needful when it matters most. The Court Of Appeal was silent on the NECO Certificate forgery allegations, and I can understands why. |
