in simple terms what Trump said is hydrochloroquine "MAY" help "Treat" Corrona virus and may not "Cure" corrona virus, and data's collated nationwide from the usage of hydrochloroquine would be sent to scientist and FDA to make better use of it in finding cure

you can treat the symtoms of HIV and AIDS with AntiRetroviral Drugs, but it doesnt mean you are curing it, once you are of your meds the virus start doing its thing back

at this time CODVID-19 has no cure, except our own immuinity fighting it off, and for old people with weak immuinity they are simply doomed

Right now, essential items including ordinary bread are sold out in stores here. I just got off from self isolation simply because someone tested positive at a building I visited for few minutes in San Francisco.

My fridge is empty, no food and there's no hope of seeing food to buy except junk foods at drive thru restaurants. Most food isles in stores like costco, walmart, target etc are empty. Please stay hours in queues just to buy pack of bottled water at stores.
