The chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, Jackson Ojo, said that, President Muhammadu Buhari should be the party’s national leader instead of Bola Tinubu. According to Ojo, in an interview with Vanguard newspaper, he blamed Oshiomhole for wanting godfatherism resurrected after he silenced godfathers in the state during his tenure as Edo Governor. He said , Buhari’s lack of interest in the party contributed to the degeneration of the crisis.
