Yes the tithe is the believe of Christians and while it's good to support the work of God, but the work of God is just building empire or competing who is the richest pastor as it is in Nigerian Penticostal Churches of today.
Doing the work of God is when the life of the people (members) are impacted positively.
The Church is the human being not the building, if the right thing is done, we won't have these much problem in our society.

I think at this moment, it is safe to conclude that whenever he criticizes the government, he is just after his own political interest.
