The President of Nigeria budgeted #37 billion for Renovation of National Assembly, #150 billion for National assembly members and $500 million for NTA. He didn't budget any money for Nigerians or what will benefit them and Senate approved it for him. He didn't budget money for hospitals because he believed he can rush to UK anytime he wishes.
