A Nigerian doctorate student in the University of Tsukaba, Japan, identified as Ikenna Nweke, returned a missing wallet with a huge sum of money to the Japan authorities, and also turned down an offer of percentage from the authorities. While saluting him for his honesty, President Muhammadu Buhari commended Ikenna for upholding the values of integrity and contentment, which were hallmark of every culture in Nigeria.
