Suggest a better way to approach the problem

The best option for poor countries is to provide sanitizers and hand groves to market. No lockdown but health care personnel’s should be attached to all market and testing centers and isolation centers should be provided.

How long will poor people stay at home. The next thing that will happen is massive rooting of super market.

Watch what is happening in Mexico and other close by countries na massive rooting of shops.

I thought the same.about NYC... until only essential services are allowed open...restaurants(take out only), hardware stores, pharmacies, medical offices, gas stations and smallmshops that have grill to prepare hot meals.....delivery and shipping businesses.... USPS... FEDEX etc.... mechanic shops.... computer repair stores.... all others shut down. Ghost town.
