People who don't show symptoms spread the disease the most.
There is a paper showing that they produce millions of viral particles by just breathing.

The issue of "transmitability" (permit my coinage) even in carriers who initially test negative is unarguable. However, such persons eventually show symptoms and test positive. I am not disputing the fact that unguarded contact with asymptomatic carriers is more dangerously probable and transmission very unsuspecting. I am however, trying to see beyond that. If a carrier's immunity is so high that the virus can live in him/her without degrading their defences, the antibodies of such persons can actually fight the virus in another infected person before any damage is done.
