So god's way of rapturing people is infecting them with a respiratory virus -- making it difficult for them to breathe -- so they eventually die from it? A disease which also a group of people (old and people with weak immunity) are susceptible to despite their beliefs. why not just take them? I'm sure he could do some god magic and make everyone disappear.

Why not expose yourself to the virus so that you too can be caught up in the eternal glory?
