you might be an emotional eater, boredom seems to be your trigger. I'm like that too. That's why I avoid staying at home for long.

Maybe we can do something else to occupy our time. I'm hungry right now

You're right, I'm an emotional eater.. I'm trying to delay breakfast by not cooking but it's not helping, I've been stealing peanut butter

Stop preparing the food.
Develop laziness to leave your bed when you wake.

It's lack of things to do that's causing it. Whenever you feel the urge to eat more than 3 times, just say "I am bored, not hungry" at least 10 times. You'll be fine

You can't really do much about it since you are stuck at home in one place....if too much food gets you fat just try to minimise a bit of the portions you eat...
