My point is that even with little or no virus testing in Nigeria, it would be impossible to hide mass death from the public, IF it was occurring.

In a circumstance where thousands of Nigerians were already dying from this virus, EVERYBODY in Nigeria would know of at least one person who went to hospital with a cough, and subsequently died.
