Sorry for the injury, once there is no longer bleeding in the affected area, No need to worry urself, it will heal.
& next time be very careful with sharp objects.

I guess u'll be fine since u said a nurse attended to u already. Just make sure u always keep it clean&away frm so much water;u may use a warm disinfectant (like Dettol, Savlon,Purit) solution to clean it daily after ur bath. In d absence of any of d above, warm salt solution should do.
However, pls visit a Pry Health Care Centre around u so u can be given anti tetanus medication. It wldnt cost u much, nt beyond #200 normally.
Pls take care against next time& bear in mind to always use a blunt knife to remove coconut flesh.

next time hit a big stone on the coconut its shell removes itself
