No, both the force and the people of Nigeria need overhauling.

Where do the materials for the force come from?? That's right, the people.

A big part of the problem is that the NPF is descended from the armed gangs the British raised to conquer us. And many of those armed gangs were staffed by slaves...some of whom were enslaved by the same people the Brits were conquering. With that history of antagonisim, that's why things aren't right between the Police and the people of this country.
