Re: Enugu: Three-Storey Building Marked For Demolition Collapses by uuzba(m): 6:45am On Apr 06, 2020 |
Thecvbankng:There's nothing wrong with the building materials. The usual problem is too little cement. Cement is the glue that joins everything together. Many builders, if you're not watching, just keep adding so much sand to the mix. Sand, iron rods and granite aggregate alone without enough cement glue? The building must surely fall. 1 Like |

@op you must be devilish to come online to support what Enugu state government and ECTDA is doing around Enugu urban. Demolishing properties that’s have been in existence for over 40years with an outdated acclaimed Enugu state master plan from as far back as the 1930s. If this coronavirus pandemic and the high profile casualties have not given you a rethink about life, then I think you should know where you belong. I'm sure the collapsed building pictures are to help fuel your propaganda. |

ArcVicky:You guys like making mouth.. Have you supervised a building construction before? Do you know that you have to go to the site every single day? As the owner of the building, Do you have the transport and feeding money set aside to do this? Ok As a supervisor employed by the owner, can you convince the owner to pay you enough money for everyday transport and feeding so you can supervise the job everyday? This thing I caused by laziness. Everybody knows what to do but they are too tired and just sit down swiping phone screen |
