You can't get any certificate and key generated for now because the people in charge have put a hold on it at the moment.
Just exercise patience and let's wait for a favorable outcome.

Connect ur phone to pc tru ovi suite with internet connection, and u upgrade it. Or usin OTA method, this method requires internet on ur phone
