Nigeria government will tell you it costs #10,000 test for covid19 for individual but they can loot to invest to support Dubai economy

I definitely think this is possible in Nigeria esp in Ogun, Lagos and FCT. Mobile labs are the way to go. In months to come, testing for COVID-19 would be as cheap as doing a widal test.
