The exams and registration requirements are clearly stated and does not discriminate. And here in the UK, we are more valued and currently has equal chance as the UK and EU citizens to go into specialty training as long as one meets the person specification requirements and rank into available positions in the interview.

The directive came from the governor. It's a state owned hospital, you can't carry out that action without the governor's consent. Benue and Kogi are the most unlucky when it come to governance

They are not well paid and they have poor welfare packages.
It is high time our government looked into paying our medical practitioners and teachers handsomely.
They deserve the best compared to all these politicians who are heavily paid for
sitting down and doing nothing.

And the syllabus is the same. Any serious doctor should pass that Plab exam but the problem is that relocation is not easy for ppl with families. You have to put the spouse career and the kids into consideration b4 taking any major decision.

They can't keep the same set there doing their residency indefinitely when there are long lines of newly minted house officers looking for residency postings in teaching hospitals. 6 years should have been more than enough time to finish up and pass all their exams.
