They didn't say QUARANTINE centre. Know the difference.

Even in QUARANTINE center there need to be proper spacing (social distancing) so that a new patient do not detoriate the health status of a recovering patient.
The only exception to the above is if the facility plan on wearing patient on bed protective garment (head to toe) and as I believe you must have read or heard Nigerian doctors complaining of insufficient face mask, if face mask is insufficient do you think protective garment for patient will be sufficient?

Whether Isolation or Quarantine centre the virus can easily be spread with the nature of this centre because if they suspect people to have had the contact with the people carrying the virus and put them there, Few of them will surely develop the symptoms in the center and spread it before the government isolate that person. By the way, I want to tell you that this is Quarantine centre because the press and people involved also mix it together. The government tries but this is very dangerous

You make sense. Cos their recovery rate will be different. If there is no isolation, nobody will recover. Maybe one patient is 95% to recover, by the time the one with heavy viral load breath into him, he goes back to 30%. The cycle will continue like that.

The people on these beds will be positive, but not NOT extreme cases.
