To confirm a person free of the virus, two tests which must both be negative would have been done. News outlets should not be doing their usual sensationalism and 'controversial' crap they know how to do best with this pandemic. It creates unnecessary panic!

Most prople didnt read the news before commenting. The man has tested positive twice. This is not a case of being negative after recovery and relapsing. The headline is misleading though.
