Why are Nigerians so quick to talk without thinking or understanding?. There are two statements in that post by NOI. The first statement emphasizes the need for social distancing in food sharing and she used the picture to illustrate. Nothing was said about Rwanda doing it that way. The second statement gave another example of social distancing in sharing food items to the poor using Rwanda as an example that goes from door to door.
