And as everyone scattered in the ensued pandemonium, I for once didn’t know what to do next, but. I eventually summoned courage and decided to take the corridor to the open field, where I thought I can get to identify myself to the security operatives that it’s me, and that I am not a terrorist. May be that would spare my life, even when I know I would’ve to put in a great deal of effort, time and resources to convinced them of what I was doing there in the midst of dare devil terrorist group, a process we know could take twenty years in the different cells of Army, DSSS, Police and every other security operatives in the country.

As far as I was concern, I have completed my assignment. “I’ve delivered the message I was kidnapped and coerced into against my will, which I believed would finally put this night mare I found myself behind me.”, I thought, even as the thought of going back to face my less interesting life came competing with the task of staying alive

“Come on concentrate in the now!”, I called myself to order, bringing myself to the reality of the task of the moment.

I summoned the courage to approach the corridor from behind the tree I was hiding, and successfully got to the end of the passage that would lead to the next open compound. And there coming ahead of me was troop of countless fierce looking soldiers ready to take on even the devil himself, talk less some overhyped terrorists. The sight of the soldiers sends a chill panic down my being, forcing me to return back to where I was coming from immediately.

As I ran back through the passage, I heard some more gun shootings from my left, not far away from me. I immediately turned to check where the gun was sounding from. With the gun I was given in my hand which I haven’t used yet, I came face to face with the two soldiers who’d killed too kids already aiming at me. Out of survival instinct, I returned the fire rapidly, which caught them directly on their stomach respectively, and any other places that didn’t allow them to exist additional seconds on this beautiful world to tell.

“Sorry didn’t mean to do that, but if I didn’t do you first, you would’ve done me”, I explained, as I apologised to the death soldiers, jumping over their carcasses, and came face to face, yet again, another set of two that were aiming a grenade at me, and I caught them also, beating them to it first, and apologising too, as the grenade exploded, shattering the whole mud house with rubbles.

We fought till power and will started running out on the insurgents, as all their fighters one after the other were taken out, those lucky to still be alive now being picked out from their hiding spots one after the other, including their leader.

I raised my hands up on the air along the other captured fighters, as the soldiers searched and disarmed us, Abubakar my friend from his own corner from where he was held by heavily armed ready to kill arm men, stared at me with venom, as if I was the one that betrayed and gave him out.
In a wink of an eye, the tall tired, retired and ‘supposed’ late General appeared, like from the smoke that was rising from the earlier conflagration, and collected a shot gun from one of the specialist guarding my friend, Abubakar Shekau, the Boko Haram leader and aimed at him (the terrorist leader), and pulled the trigger and shattered his skull, the exact manner he, now the victim did Mr. Altidor, the Russian arm dealer two days ago at Ngoshe, without a second thought. He was death instantly by the weapon created and manufactured by the West (Boko guys) themselves, which he had used to maimed and send many to their untimely deaths for. Yes thousands of compatriots and fellow Africans has he sent to their untimely and painful death in a senseless and brutal mindless killing by this singular monstrous creation of the West, truly, the abomination in the West (Haram in the Boko), as against the shadow chasing, persecuting and fighting against the West in her entirety as the abomination (Boko Haram), a misconstrued war of whom he and many a fool is fighting and fought even with their life to the end, fighting symptoms as against the sickness.

And as if to make sure that the terrorist leader remain truly death, the General walked past me without any indication that he’d known or met me before, and past one 2nd Lieutenant and a Major and got close to where the body of the terrorists’ leader was lying with his shattered head, and released more bullets into the already shattered head, face and every part of the outlawed sect leader’s body, before reciting the decree that found the sect’s leader guilty silently to the man who has ‘flowing streams of screaming bloods’ of the innocents and the defenceless on his hands, making them both not different from each other. ...
