Let me paint a clear picture of how the whole scenarios would play out.
1. The bill would be passed and signed into law as quickly as possible.
2. The FEC would gather the MDs of the DisCos for discussion. They would agree on a good rate.
3. The DisCos in a bid to maximise profit, won't give power to the people 24/7.. It won't even reach 12/7. And even if Nigerians complain, the FG won't do anything about it.
4. The FG would later come out to announce a very fat payment which they made to the DisCos, and again, if Nigerians complain again, the FG won't do anything again about it.
