I have also observed this and have come to realize there are people whose job in aso rock and apc (bmc) is to edit buhari photo (they helped him with image laundry massively in 2015) , this is the reason for the so much discrepancies surrounding different of his pictures (because it's different people, different tools at various times).

So they end up conflicting their interests while resizing his image, shape, texture etc.

But in reality most of those events do occur and it's actually buhari but their zeal to conceal his real image is what exposes other part of the supposed real occurrence
