Hello here. Pls, this is urgent. In the early hours of today{btw 4:20 and 4:25}, I purchased #1,000 worth of electricity unit using the Jumia One app. The #1,000 has been deducted from my account as JumiaPay also confirmed it via email notification. Sadly, till now I haven't gotten the token for the unit I procured. I tried contacting Jumia's customer service number but the answering machine has a pre-recorded audio explaining that due to COVID-19 their staffs aren't available.... Right now, we're victims of power outage as a result of Jumia's inability to deliver the token. Is there any way I could go about this  cos I know using their email can never be of urgent help

This is not my first time of buying from the app, actually the fourth time, so I'm really baffled at why it's not yielding at this time of dire need  |

Contact them thru email make sure you send the Transaction ID and screen shot the token page as attachment.to...... cs.one.ng@jumia.com |
