How can a hospital be conducting a major operation with public power supply? Come to think about it, no back up generator? That is criminal negligence. Ordinary hotels have atleast 2 functional generators. What kind if hospital is that?

He probably had the procedure in Nigeria instead of travelling out of the country. There's nothing wrong in opting for cosmetic surgery do far you do your research well and go to a certified plastic surgeon.

'Power outbreak' What does that mean? Why would a man be doing liposuction? Any medical indication for that? He could lose the fats gradually through non invasive procedures..To me, surgery should only happen if it is the only life saving option. All these liposuction and what have you, been killing people for ages yet more people are still going for it.
The hospital too is not proactive. Like how can they run a surgery of that magnitude on "NEPA" power? Knowing full well how epileptic our power supply system is. Chai!

People should learn to appreciate the way they are. Worst still, hit the gym or go on a strict diet program and you're good to go.
