I hope getting an approval text without accepting doesn't authenticate the loan.

Heard about it in June from Viking007 and yehmy and decided to apply for just 100k because I thought it is business as usual as per Nigerian government wuru wuru parole.

Now, should I get any approval, I am not interested in the loan.
Hope after ignoring the approval text, I won't be required to pay back the loan?
