I went to a Pharmacy where I was given some drugs but the issue is stil the same.

Stay away from anything cold .. Always wear a sweater to bed even in the very hot and sweaty nights put it on..
Get erythromycin with a very strong antibiotic

Boil hot water pour it in a bucket put aboniki inside and then use a bedshit cover your self in as you breathe the hot steam from the bucket..
Also get. a multivitamin full sachet ...

If you have been having breathlessness for years on mild exertion, it means you have an undiagnosed cardiac or respiratory problem, and need to see a specialist(cardiologist or respiratory physician) as soon as possible. Symptomatic treatment does no one any good.

You will have to wait and go to LUTH when the pandemic is over.

I forgot to mention that while you are on these treatment pls do not sex.. Especially unprotected.. Its advisable you stay a month or two after getting better before sex and if you are single pls protect your self while at it..
