Good day everyone, I made an order last week on jumia (HP laptop), the order was cancelled due to the covid-19, I got the full refund today, I still want the laptop, i don't know if I should still place another order for it on jumia and if they would deliver it to me this Time around, or is there any other platform I can get the laptop considering everything going on with the virus

∆ Contact their customer care for help. But for now I don't think they'll attend to your matter, they are only dealing with essential orders ∆

Not totally true, I placed multiple others on non-essentials (power banks, external hard drive, ear piece, Bluetooth speaker) they have delivered some within 5 days, expecting others tomorrow...ur location also matters
