I’ll keep it short, plain and simple, no sugarcoating, if you like don’t fight for your right If fed govt decides to extend the lockdown, Nigerians should occupy their government house, local govt office, their councilor office, every govt building cause it’s nobody’s property. No politician has stopped collecting salary, allowance, but various states hasn’t paid April salary, even with the lockdown No politician is staying at home but they want us to stay at home No politician is practicing social distance but they want you to practice (i prefer it to the lockdown They gave you less than 10 thousand as palliatives, but we’ve read countless of misappropriation of public funds set aside for this pandemic. They ordered you to stay home, but won’t provide electricity to ease the stay home order They can spend billions during election, but won’t spend millions right now, when it matters They can withdraw billions to procure arms but won’t withdraw millions to feed the poor among us They can bury their dead but won’t allow you to do the same If you think it’s wrong to protest during this period, Israelis protested few days ago, though social distancing was enforced during the protest occupygovtbuildings Thanks for reading, my rants continue till I can’t rant anymore. 1 Like

I swear...... it's protest that will solve it. U can't just lock people in their house without food nor money.....and expect them not to groan. The lock down is definitely going to be extended......at least in Lagos till like June or July. Lalasticlala Mynd44 Seun 2 Likes |

We better die of the disease rather than hunger, they should extend more energy on finding cure rather than lockdown.. |

Pierced: Looks like your head is not correct. First, the current lockdown is a sham and is not working.Hustlers are on the streets defying it. Second, companies that are bearing the brunt may eventually collapse thereby causing unemployment and economic crisis. The lockdown must not be extended. |

Thanks to the dirty way politics is played by nigerian politicians, majority of nigerians are divided along tribal lines. Hence I laugh when people talk of protests in nigeria. Nigerians are too divided to come together to oppose any government and that's y politicians treat nigerians with disdain. If not for d global lockdown a lot of them would have relocated abroad with their families. Like i always say, nigeria is like a basta4d that belongs to nobody, governments come in, loot for themselves and their generations unborn not minding what d average citizen is facing. Like i always advice those close to be , depend on God and ureself to get through these trying times, cos those in government dont give a good about u and ure family. |

Las las, na protest go solve this sit-at-home order, because the thing is not working. Locking people in their homes without providing anything as a relief na pure wickedness. |

Pierced: Just shut up if you have no reasonable reply to give. Buhari won't extend the lockdown. |

Americans pay Taxes, but you pay Tithes. Go to your Churches and collect palliatives.

Pierced: If you troop to the streets to protest, Security Forces will use you for shooting practice. Oil currently sells at about $10 per barrel at the international market, when oil was above $100 per barrel, you were looting the treasury. Now that Oil price is going towards $0, where do you want Buhari to get money for palliatives? Even the Christian Association of Nigeria and the Islamic Body of Nigeria and regional tribal association like Afenifere, IYC, Ohanaeze too joined in the looting. Go and meet the generational looters of yesteryears for palliatives
