OK you've said "IBB duh" since it's so obvious list his malfeasances!!

The point is not just to have a list of names, but a thread
that details the corrupt activities of the miscreants identified.

The more detail the better, I'm tired of hearing this and that person
is corrupt, without detail of the corruption. If it's a looter let's have
exact/approximate figures etc.

@OP, from ward councilors to the President and every other candidate in between, the competition is too steep. Mind you alot of criteria need to be considered, the thief with the highest loot is not necessarily the best or most corrupt, you may be shocked at the tactic some LG chairmen are using to enrich themselves even if they end up only looting millions.

President Jonathan is not our bedmate, but anyone putting him among most corrupt persons in Nigeria, is plainly on a personal vendetta. C'mon! lets be rationale please and let go of this sensationalism and excitement. No politician in Nigeria, USA or any other place is free from corruption, because they use political power to boost their businesses and those of their allies, unfairly. Yet we can differentiate between those that has reaped the nation apart and those or relatives that are barely mentioned in relatively insignificant scams.
