On Friday, people from across South Africa watched in disbelief as residents of the city worst-affected by the coronavirus - Cape Town - crowded the streets to take advantage of the easing of the strict lockdown rules.

From today the country has slightly relaxed it's lockdown regulations to allow people to exercise for just 3 hours in the morning and then return home.

The City of Cape Town has the highest confirmed coronavirus infections in the country with over 2,000 cases. But images coming out of the city showed that social distancing rules were not obeyed.
