maybe the people of south eastern Nigeria should start blaming the government too?because they have only one testing centre,which is situated at ebonyi state ,same with south south only one testing centre. Y are their people not blaming government?the northern regions are seriously dragging the rest of us backward.

Silly man. Testing or not does not increase cases. It is contact that spreads it. If his labs were shut down and he was flying blind why didn't he close the state down pending when testing resumed. He is just trying to shift responsibility from his incompetent administration to an equally incompetent one above.
