That’s the point... hence they think everywhere in the east is GRA or an Estate... not knowing that the pictures are organic developments from ordinary individuals who just build on their spaces. They just build and at the end, they turn out to be beautiful with mansions everywhere..the road maybe bad though but the physical structures are top notch. Even my village alone (no brag) has more beautiful houses mostly duplexes, than many of their so called towns. Infact in my village, nobody builds bungalow. And when they do, they raise the base very high and mount a very tall roof such that when u see it from afar, you will think it is an Upstairs building.(Man roof has to be seen from afar. One must be able to point to your house or roof from distance. if you know you know)

We convert forests to prime real estate zones, just as we do in Lagos, Abuja and Kano. It’s in our blood.... we love physical structures, assets. It doesn’t matter whether you are not rich, man must build a decent home for himself, family and his peaceful pride.
