They are highly aware that a common man knows very little or absolute nothing about how the judicial system works so they to use that their advantage exploiting, maiming, whoever they decided to label a culprit.. The policeman knows where to categorize different kind of offenses.. they treat you bad because they know you don't know how the system really works

it is high time common man should try as much as possible rapport with lawyers... make friends with lawyers, apply for their services. always seek legal advise and help when you have any issue leading you a police station!!.. they will try fustrate it.
