Yeh I agree,this is what WHO should have done before making any remark about it.

The scientists and healthworkers in Madagascar must have done alot of research about the drug,and it must have cured alot of Covid victms before their president could recommend it for his people and other African countries. What research has WHO carried out on the drug before discrediting it? You don't know.But we all know that the Europeans and Americans think solution to every problem must come from them,unfortunately for this continent,many Africans,including you are wired to think thesame way.

Madagascar are still on about the potentials of the herb. Even they are not sure yet. The potentials of the herb is not in doubt. But whether it cures Covid-19 is still anyone's guess.

And why is that?

Because the virus itself is still largely understudied. It keeps messing with us.

So, first things first, you have to understand the virus well enough to even attempt to fight it effectively.

So, in the meantime, the best anyone can offer is a herb or medicine that boosts the immune system, not outrightly cure the disease.
