I watched the call-in interview.

Really smart questions from the interviewers.

So,
-Hotel is owned by Gogobari Needam, not the PDP youth leader that is wanted.
-Land was bought for N3.5m from Ngede family and occupied 2.5 plots.
-The land CofO was still under processing, with appropriate documents already filed with the relevant state ministry.
-Hotel had 21 rooms and 3 generator units.
-Hotel employed 17 staff.
-Only 3 staff were present in the location during the lockdown to secure the property from burglars. No guests were lodged in the hotel.
-The owner understands that there was "political rancour between 2 warring sides" that involved the PDP youth leader, which did not occur at his hotel or involve his hotel staff, but for which reason he believes his hotel was demolished.
-The hotel manager has been arrested and has been unreachable since the hotel was taken by the state government.
-The owner of the hotel lives in Lagos and called in from Lagos, and has been receiving advice on what next steps to take over this demolition.

These are the facts from the interview.

It would seem so.

The more reason we have told the few blockheads who have supported Wike, that Wike cannot be the accuser, the judge, and the executioner.

We are running a democracy, and the accused must defend whatever allegations in court, before judgement can be passed.

And when judgement is passed, the punishment must follow what is already stipulated as penalty, and not some barbaric demolition that does not exist anywhere in our statutes, especially when it does not border on illegal structures.

He should approach the court.

Justice may be delayed but will still come.

So it was a personal vendetta not even coronavirus?

This matter is getting interesting. But I don't think this hotel owner will get justice in Rivers Court

That is, Wike was scripted and acted based on wrong information which he was hungry to get so as to unleash his beasty power against his prey. He missed the target, and will surely learn in hard way.

At end, the tax payers and masses suffers the negative effects and will be used to settle scores, and he'll go scot free.

And the fellow ignominious party called PDP with other miscellany miscreants miscommunicated Wike original motive by following bandwagon in insulting the sensibilities of Nigerians by defending this dishonourable, disdain and discarded autocratic attitude that can be compared with infamous Adolf Hitler.

Why are the moderators refusing to move this to the front page?

Seun, this deserves to be on front page, since your moderators have a phobia for factual information.

Everyone has been fed the fable that the hotel is owned by a wanted PDP youth leader, and this radio interview with factual information revealed, is an eye opener.
