Here is a very wonderful story about a good friend of mine who suffered severe depression all through 2018.
(I wouldn't mention her name here - but you are free to see her photos.. If you can recognise her by her photos, then you can ask her more questions by yourself for more inspiring revelations)
Part of what contributed to her depression was “low self esteem” and “lack of friends”.
Whoever that might have told her during those gloomy days of 2018 that things would change for her in 2019, she would have laughed it off as a big stale joke.
But it happened.
Everything about her changed in 2019.
She regained her confidence and her self esteem too, she became so happy with herself, and she so much admired the adorable lady she had become.
Lots of people now come to her and try to make her their friends, and she would be trying so hard to choose which friends she would continue with, and the ones to drop.
But then, what was it that she did so differently between 2018 and 2019 that changed her life this much?
NOTHING!!
She did absolutely Nothing.!!
She just kept her hopes alive, and continued living positively even in the midst of severe depression.
Her time was ripe, and what had to be just became.
And it was all good news for her.
