I need help, I'm 20 and I'm already slouching,my back is rounded.I feel so uncomfortable, and when I try to stand right my back and chest hurts, please what do you suggest? I need help, I need to fix my posture. |

You need exercises and postural retraining. Try and see a physiotherapist |
