Marriage like they say, is not a do or die affair, but this story has proved otherwise.

A man whose identify is yet to be known allegedly slaughtered his wife with machete yesterday at Rumuji, Emouha Local Government area in Rivers State, Port Harcourt. HGS Media Plus Reports.

The wife identified as Queen was butchered with a machete by her husband for unknown reasons yet to be ascertain.

It is unclear if the husband had any issue with the wife that might have trigger the act of killing his wife

was also learnt that the husband was trying to use money to settle the issues and nobody is saying anything about it, according to an Actor, Glory Odum @gloryodum who shared the the story on her IG page.

She said:

"Marriage is not a do or die affair oo
So her husband slaughtered her for no reason and no one is saying anything about it"

"This wasn’t an accident, she was butchered with machete by her husband. Now I’m hearing they are proposing to use money to settle it , settle what? Life for money"?

"This event happened yesterday evening in Rumuji town emohua local government Rivers state".

"Oh I pity her children. How will they take this , their mum was killed by their father".

This is just another case of domestic violence that has led to the death of another victim, leaving her children behind.

The necessary authorities needs to be alerted and take into action on how this culprit can be apprehended and detained by the police.
