SUCCESS is the the achievement of our personal goals. However it is important to note that the definition of success is objective(meaning it is personal). Some people quantify success by the amount of cars, houses and physical assets an individual possesses. Yes all that comes with success but isn't a standard to measure it.

According to a renowned america consultant John C. Maxwell, success is the ability to lead which is the ability to rally men and women together for a common purpose. Another american expert Brian Tracy defined success as being happy with what you've got. It is not necessarily determined by material possesion. It is simply reaching the point where you are perfectly content with your life and you feel no dissatisfaction or pressing need for anything else.

After studying many successful people l discovered that ultimately success is the ability to achieve God's goal in your life. Every product is a proof of the manufacturer. Human beings are God's products. A product is said to be successful when it functions according to design (in line with the manufacturer's requirements).

Success is a journey of life, it is not a destination. We've got to imbibe an excellence orientation which is never ending improvement. You have potential for greatness within you and must be driven by purpose. Potential is what you are made of, your purpose is where you want to be and the end product is your destiny.

Everyday when you wake up always look into the mirror and say it loud that l AM DESTINED TO EXCEL & SUCCEED because there is power in words so always believe in yourself and ignore negative people around you.
