Our livescore came so early tonight

Why can’t NCDC release the numbers of samples collected and tests done?
These will allow us to compare the daily activities and monitor our curves. I think this is the essence of the numbers being released daily. Not just releasing numbers like a “Baba Ijebu” kinda lotto or bet9ja virtual games.

The daily results are meant for decision making on the way forward and the knowledge of the efficiency of our system being handled by the NCDC.

My opinion on this is that I think NCDC is reducing the list of people who test positive daily or no enough Tess is carried out daily on purpose and one of many reasons they don’t want to tell us the number of people being tested daily. Like you said and I think if a proper analysis is carried out we will have go into a serious lockdown for two months or so but guess what! Fed Govt have a hand in this because whoever is charge of that donation account is working directly with Sinzu and NCDC. Dirty Politics is the order of the day in this shithole

Throwback:
And the Rivers government just signed a needless 6day break agreement with COVID-19 Virus to start tomorrow, after the previous 6days break that just ended 3days ago.

It seems Wike is operating between 2 extremes.

Extreme strictness and extreme nonchalance.

Qualities of a mad man...

When I think about the fact that God did it so that I won't be in Lagos but in Anambra where there is the lowest number. I feel broken and thankful, just imagining what others are going through.

What are they going through?
Did you hear people are dropping dead on the streets?

Do you know anybody that has HIV?
Does that mean HIV is not real?

I think its blown out of proportion but its as real as f**k and its getting serious especially for us in Africa with little or no health facilities.

I work in one of the isolation centres and can tell you that COVID 19 is very real. Pray that u or anyone u know don't get infected. Meanwhile, ppl that r infected and already in hospitals don't even want anyone to know because of stigmatization. It's very few persons that will tell u that they have it.
Re: 284 New COVID-19 Cases, 106 Discharged And 8 Deaths On May 20 - (1812 Tested) by TheGoodJoe(m): 1:13am On May 21, 2020
If jot Shell setting up a testing centre and I think total did one, Rivers State would still be on total lockdown and people will be celebrating no Covid-19 in Rivers State.

Time for multinationals in Rivers State to source for Mobile testing labs to prevent community spread in rural areas.

Lockdown means nothing without testing, isolating and treating infected ones.

The most stupid thing this Wike did is to relax the lockdown for 6 days. I bet u d number of affected people will sky rocket in Rivers in few days from now. How that man reasons baffles me!! Rivers state inhabitants make una stay indoors o..

It is already more than 10,000 in Nigeria. We are not just testing enough to know how far it has spread. Nigeria, a country of 190 million have only tested 38,000 people. It is really a hopeless situation.

What help has lock down done to any country? It does not solve the problem it just postpones it.
